The Mustang Match

Donate through the Mustang Match

Thanks to the donor-driven Mustang Match Program, your eligible campaign donation through December 2026 will go even further!

You can give to one, two, or all three of the following MVCSD Campaigns: the Booster Club Championship Sign, James W Bellamy Team Room, or the Mount Vernon Fine Arts Association. Each gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $500 per category per donor.

If you give to all three, $1,500 will be matched.

How the Match Works

  • There are 3 MVCSD campaigns that qualify for matching:
    • Booster Club: Championship Sign
    • District Campaign: James W Bellamy Team Room
    • Mount Vernon Fine Arts Association: To Be Announced
  • Each gift is matched up to $500 per campaign.
  • If you give to all three, up to $1,500 will be matched.
  • Each category has a $10,000 matching pool.

Example

Let’s say you give:

  • $25 to the Booster Club
  • $25 to the District Campaign
  • $25 to Mount Vernon Fine Arts Association

Your three $25 gifts multiply into $150 of impact with the matching funds! 

Collective generosity is at the heart of the Mustang Match. By design, the matching program gives every member of our community the opportunity to double their gift. Together, we can multiply the impact for our students and schools!  

The Mustang Match is available through December 31st, 2026!

 How to Give

  • Through the online portal below:
  • Checks mailed to:
    • MVCSD Foundation
      • 525 Palisades RD SW, Mount Vernon, IA 52314
      • In the check memo, please include: Mustang Match and the campaign you are donating to.

Donations must be made through the Mustang Match Program. Donations made to the individual clubs or organizations other than the Foundation will not be eligible for the match.

Matching Period 

The Mustang Match is available through December 31, 2026.

The available matching funds are first-come, first-serve. Donate today to ensure your gift is matched!

No donation is too small, and up to $500 per campaign will be matched!
